Football Fund featured in Singapore on Cents and Sensibilities

Genevieve Woo discusses options for investors to access the profits of the global football business, citing the unprecedented growth of the industry over the last decade and the challenges many individual investors face in accessing the business.  Ms. Woo and Tim Grant, an IFA with Baywater Wealth, further discuss the drawbacks of investing in listed premier league clubs, which suffer from lack of growth opportunities and high wage bills.  Mr. Grant then contrasts these drawbacks with the exciting opportunity of The Football Fund, based on the Fund's powerful leadership team and innovative business plan to invest in a diversified portfolio of businesses in the growth sectors of the sport and a strategic core plan of bring undervalued players from Latin America and Asia into Europe to capture large profits from player development and the advancement of an English Championship League club to the Premier League.  Mr. Grant further highlights the strengths of the fund and the risk analysis made by IFA's in directing funds to the investment.

Bryan Robson OBE joins Aon Corporation in charity kickoff

To support the company’s four-year sponsorship programme with Man Utd, Aon’s initiative will focus on youth development and promoting healthier communities.  Aon has donated £25,000 for the Manchester-based The Christie charity helping young people access educational and professional resources following cancer treatment.  Forthcoming initiatives will involve Aon's colleagues across 120+ countries in fundraising and volunteer activities to support schools, children's hospitals, orphanages, and community centres, as well as established charities including UNICEF, the United Way, the Special Olympics, and many others.

A sample of Aon’s initiatives will include work in Botswana, where Aon will partner with the House of Hope orphanage to provide furniture and facility improvements. In Singapore, Aon volunteers will host an indoor football match for young people served by Boys' Town and support a new building fund.  Aon Bangalore has "adopted" a local elementary school to provide charitable donations and volunteer service. In Bolivia, Aon will donate to Hogar de Ninos Alalay, planting trees on the orphanage grounds and creating art projects with the children.

The London Nominees Football Fund applauds Aon’s charitable efforts!  The Football Fund admires Aon’s initiative and lends its voice to support the development of a global network of insurance and finance who give back to the community.  Together, by coordinating and supporting the charitable commitments of employees, colleagues and partners, we can connect people across the globe with the rich world of opportunities for charitable service, and lend our hands to the collective improvement of the global community.  Great Job Aon!
